Head chef Torsten Kjörling has been part of the Swedish National Culinary Team for 10 years, has been crowned “Chef of the Year” once and has prepared meals for the Nobel Prize Banquet six times. Restaurang Tylöhus serves a wonderful selection of meat, fish and seafood courses. Start with an aperitif in Bar Tylöhus, which has a complete drinks list with a history of Tylösand and cocktails from the 20s to the 90s.
